DA Masters and mistresses at work :D

Photo Study 1 by Luktarig

I like the sound of those hour longs. I like this result. Her hands are the only part of the picture making me a little uncomfortable. ...

Welcome to my DA account, feel free to go through my work! I am a pretty chilled guy, super interested in digital art despite being a trained architect. I'm a major fan of people with a visual imagination so odds are since you on this site we will get along :D. I like to challenge myself so its rare for me to stick with a particular pattern of work. If you have an idea in your head, especially OC based I am happy to try it out at very standard commision prices.

I try keep it classy but have been known to make exceptions. essentially I just enjoy working out concepts and ideas. If you like my work and want me to do some commission pieces for you just send me a NOTE. heck even if you aren't looking for new artwork and just wanna make a friend I'd be glad to get a note from you anyway!

I have the inexplicable inability to paint collarbones in the right position on the first try.

After I've painted a figure, without fail I find the Collarbone is always too high. It takes me three or four tries to get the anatomy correct and that's even after taking online figure drawing classes. I have no feelings or fetishes towards collar bones. I do not build shrines to or against them. I have no idea where this over correction comes from but it probably lines up with my early year problems with female anatomy. Several crits helped me correct some of that but still the collarbone conundrum persists.

I was wondering if anyone else has this sort of problem when drawing or painting? Do you have certain quirks that no matter how much you try you can't seem to fix?
And the Malazans take the poll!

If you can recall a scene in the MBotF books where everyone's having a good time, just let me know in comments or PM. The more scenes to try out the better!

I'll be catching up on outstanding work this weekend including a comp entry at MAG :) calling it Haunt of the king. hopeful I can get a lot more work primed for the holidays aswell.

Commission prices  will get a revision in January so if you'd like me to work on something nows probably the best time to get that arranged. Prices are listed further down the feed.

So I've been a little quiet due to wonderous new things happening in RL. Sorry my art hasn't gotten as much attention as it should.

In the normal tradition I do a new years christmas thing. More time off work to art and explore new ideas, or revise old ones.

I'd like to know what people want to see? Work based off The worm webserial? Something i've really come to love.

Or maybe a commemorative of Naruto coming to an end? (Good bye child hood ( ;_; ) )

theres always the malazan get together idea, three or four of our favourites out on the town?

or an original piece, teaser of my own personal project, Sowa?

theres always comics to fall back on if none of the above catch your interest. I dont sketch nearly enough batman.

well let me know what type of art project you think would best close the year in the polls or even in the comments. I'm keen to hear from you guys! And thanks for watching and commenting on my work.
