a deviation based on the original costume design of :~SavageMouse: for the Marvel character Storm from the X-Men

Felt like a change of pace so decided to try out colouring storm from the X-men, one of my favourite characters in the series.

I took about 3 hours to do this on PS Cs4
It was done to complete silence and oddly...silence felt good.
